Frankly and his crew are almost finished with the construction at our home. They are wonderful. They were punctual and always easy to reach if necessary. The work done is first class. We couldn’t be happier. Very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and more than competent. I had a public adjustor who said the cost was definitely a good value. I give them all the stars possible.

ATEM Construction is currently working on my house and I have nothing but great news regarding Eduardo and his crew. Very professional and helpful in every area. I like that he is always available and easy to reach if you have any questions. If you’re looking for a contractor I highly suggest you give ATEM the opportunity to give you a proposal. Keep in mind the construction business doesn’t always move as fast as you would like but the end product is what makes the wait worth it. Attached are pictures from various stages of the project. ATEM Construction is currently working on my house and I have nothing but great news regarding Eduardo and his crew. Eduardo and his crew (Enrique & Alex) are professional and very helpful. They have offered me their opinions / suggestions in many areas even though they may not be handling that portion of the work. This has proved to be extremely helpful because we caught things that would have probably cost me more money in the long run. Eduardo has always answered his phone and has been easily accessible. His communication skills are excellent, coordinating and trouble shooting any concerns with me, the architect and the engineers almost seamlessly. It always a little scary making a decision to pick a GC since you hear so many horror stories but I am extremely pleased with the decision I made going with ATEM. Pictures will follow.
