Daniel and Latitude 30A did a fantastic job with our Beachwalk Villa unit bought February 2021. He built out custom closet space, added bunk beds and a closet, retiled a bath floor and walls, tiled the kitchen back splash, installed a den ceiling fan and corrected several plumbing and electrical problems. All reasonably priced and completed on schedule. We highly recommend!Services: Plumbing
Contracted with Latitude 30A for two projects-- mold remediation and subsequent restoration. Whole 2300 sq ft home impacted. Daniel not only performed the obvious tasks required to clean out mold and remove the sources but went well beyond to examine other less obvious potential issues to ensure no repeat of the problem. As a result he found and corrected some original construction flaws that left me in better shape than I had been before the mold problem ever appeared. I called Daniel at Latitude 30A after noticing water damage in our dining room and he was able to come by the next day to help troubleshoot and get the project started. He was extremely responsive to every call or message and was able to work around my family's schedule for what became quite the project. He completed everything to code and did a spectacular job to make our room look better than it did when the house was new. I have never worked with a contractor as trustworthy and friendly as Daniel and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to repair their homes!Services: Drywall installation
