I say Yes only because Dr. Uy herself is amazing! My No is because they do not have a phone line that goes directly to their office. I called for 4 months, left 21 messages that were not returned, and when I did finally get someone to make an appointment I asked to speak the Ferad the manager whom I was told would call me back same day and he never did. I’ve worked healthcare for 15yrs and have never seen a practice run so inefficiently. The cherry on top of that poop pie is when I showed for the appointment they did not have the lab results I accomplished way prior to the appointment and they sat with my ultrasound results all these months and never even called me to follow up with those results which poses a patient safety issue. I honestly believe the doctors are good at what they do but they desperately need to re-evaluate their practice management, staffing, and customer service because patient relationship’s start there.
