What started out as as a potentially good supplier of a Dolphin Pool Robot turned horrible! Rob quoted $999 for a Liberty 300 and then provided a demo model to try. We ordered the Liberty 300 and when his associate delivered it, she said it was at $1,399 or $400 Higher than Rob's Quote. She called Rob to verify and he declined to Honor his quote. When we texted Rob about his denial, he refused to explain or honor his commitment to us. This whole thing is a bait-n-switch Scam tactic and Rob became very rude and disrespectful when he knew that we were On to Him We purchased same item from Amazon for $999 Buyers Beware
I cannot say enough good things about Fort Walton Beach Pool Supply. Rob and Candice are always so cool and helpful with any questions you could ask. Prices are good, and the hours and location are convenient. If you have a pool and you are not using Fort Walton Pool Supply, you definitely you need to start!
