Rick was fantastic to work with! He responded right away, communicated clearly, and was extremely accommodating when we needed last-minute help with a wildlife issue. He showed up on time, was incredibly friendly, and walked us through everything he was doing. You can tell he really cares about his work and his customers. He handled the problem quickly and effectively, and we felt completely taken care of. We highly recommend him for any wildlife or pest concerns.
Outstanding!! My AC went out about 10ish pm. By 12 midnight was on the phone to Emerald Air - spoke to a real person answering service. She passed the info to the tech, Isaiah, who called in 5 min. We spoke, agreed he would repair that night. Midnight. He arrived in about 30 min. Replaced the capicItator, had me up and running in about an hour. He was thorough, professional, personable and even did great w my w large breed dogs. Price was fair too. I have found a new AC company. Thanks Emerald Air!
