“I’ve been using this dry cleaning business for about 4-5 years, but my experience with them a couple weeks ago prompted this review.They accidentally damaged one of my uniform shirts, which I brought to the attention of one of their great ladies that run the Grand Boulevard location. She told me she would bring it to the owner’s attention. That afternoon the owner called me and said he would pay for the shirt and my next visit would be on the house.I highly recommend any one of their locations for whatever you may need. I started using Total Laundry in Destin for my personal dry cleaning. I was so impressed not only how great my clothes looked but also how personal the staff was from the first time I entered the business. A few months later I made sure that our office started using them for wash, dry and fold. Our medical office was also impressed that we have continued to use Total Laundry in Destin for 9 1/2 years. Laura the mgr is the best and always greets me with a smile. Seems to be quite dedicated. Provides prompt customer service. Always makes sure she asks me about my day and how I’m doing.
