After an amazing initial experience with Jim for our install, we knew we’d never call anyone else for our locksmithing needs. We had Jim come out again for another install, and just as before, he called ahead, arrived promptly, and had us all set up with our new Kaba door lock in no time. We can’t recommend the Panama City team enough! They are truly rockstars, and will go above and beyond to take care of you. Thanks again Jim!
This review is solely for Mr. Chris at the PCB location. What a nice and friendly experience. Chris was so helpful with us figuring out how to equipt our STR with a door lock. He seems extremely knowledgeable! I highly recommend Chris and the PCB location!
These guys were amazing every step of the way after I locked my keys in my car a couple weeks ago. Quoted me $75 less than the first company I called, personable & polite dispatcher, tech was there within 30 minutes and I had my keys about 10 minutes later. Big shout out to Kendall, my tech who was awesome! Thanks for getting me out of a bind!
