“I made an appointment on Tuesday for an inspection of my roof to see what was needed to fix the small leak. When they arrived, they found the problem and let me know what the parameters were for fixing the roof. They quoted what was a very reasonable price (I had previously had a small leak in another area that charged twice as much as Ruben quoted). Because it was late, they couldn't fix it then, but said they would be back on Saturday to fix it. I agreed. On Wednesday, they tried to come back, but it was raining. They tried again on Thursday with the same problem (it's Florida, and it rains most afternoons in June). When I called on Friday to find out an approximate time of the service on Saturday, I was told they were on the way. When they arrived, it was just starting to rain, but true to Florida weather it quit within 10 minutes. They fixed the roof for the quoted price. I was very pleased with Ruben and Reece(?), who worked quickly and diligently to solve my problem so that I would be okay through the upcoming rainy and/or stormy season.“

“Called John after reading reviews on Angie's list (now Angi). He was scheduled out for some time but we kept in touch and he eventually came out to do our repair (non-emergency). The "soft spot" he started to repair actually turned out to affect both an upper and lower Fascia as well. The previous roofer who put a new roof on 2007 was S***Z (local company)who did such a poor job flashing the valley it leaked. (we've actually had a few repairs on this roof because they are incompetent).John however, IS competent (fully licensed). Fixed the issue(s) and went above and beyond to make sure the remainder of the roof was in good condition. Patched some nail holes we had form having the roof dried in at one point and replaced a bad shingle he saw as well. You may wait for him but the wait is worth it!Service: Roof repair“
