So many great things i could say. He is absolutely amazing. My sons gaming pc randomly stopped working. Me knowing nothing about computers I didnt know what to do. Upon reaching out to Tony he was very informative and I felt he could really help me. I do not regret it. We went through so many issues with the repair. One problem after the next, and he kept me informed and explained what was happening and what needed to happen to fix the problem.& he did fix it. His communication is perfect. Just overall a pleasant experience despite it all.. I will always call him for any future computer issues. 10/10 10000000000% would recommend.

Phenomenal service. Was able to drop my PC off late at night where he was very communicative about the costs (inexpensive) and process. Was able to get me a diagnostic within a day and the repair done two days later.
He has you purchase and ship the parts to him so you don’t have to worry about overpaying for a part you don’t know much about!
Was able to repair mine and my buddies within 3 days of dropping off.

Mr. Perez, fixed my computer quickly. Additionally, he took the time to explain some tech related stuff to me in laymen's terms to help me better understand what was going on with my computer. His rates were a lot less expensive than some of the other local services with their diagnostic fees plus their hourly rates. He will be my go to person from now on.
