Terry is one of the most honest and professional technicians we've ever worked with. Came out on short notice to replace a non working motor in our hvac system. He was extremely knowledgeable and quickly replaced the motor. Terry also goes the extra mile to ensure the entire system is working and cooling correctly. He values his customers and goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied. He has earned a customer for life.

We called Terry on a Saturday, he was so pleasant to speak to over the phone. He provided a time frame that he could come by that same day - and held it. When he came by, he quickly fixed what needed to be done to get our AC going. He also took the time to check everything else - he replaced the batteries in our thermostat, noticed some caps were missing elsewhere and replaced them. These extra things did not change the original quote that he provided to us - this was just him ensuring that everything was in tip top shape before he left.
