Unfortunately one day Daniel no longer showed up to do my edging and weed eating in my yard. And he never called. He told me, once I got a hold of him that he can’t take cash for his work. I do not have Pay Pal and do not want to pay anyone by Pay Pal. Therefore he said he could no infer work for me. Unbelievable after taking my cash for almost a year.
Unfortunately your reply doesn’t excuse the bad customer service you have. Your not showing up without a word or an explanation is not acceptable in the business world.

After my last landscaper didn't show up for 3 weeks , I was rescued by this amazing company. They showed up 2x in one day to not only cut my Very long grass ... but came back to do the extra spots where water builds up on my lawn . (They gave it a little bit of time to absorb) . They are responsible and keep in touch with you ... I couldn't be happier ?

Called to schedule lawn care for my grandparents as we are not local to help. Daniel was very responsive and able to get them in the next day as they had been without yard care for a few weeks. He communicated when on the way and sent a photo when done, it was excellent work and looked wonderful! I appreciate him taking care of my grandparents yard and helping me to keep an eye on their exterior needs when I can’t be there myself to check in!Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance
