“I have been Rosmery's client for 6 years and am so happy she's found this amazing location to expand her business. This review, however, is not about the location, it's about the experience. Rosmery is always there to great you and welcome you with her beautiful smile. She makes you feel very relaxed and is such a good human-yes, I said good human bc she is. She truly cares about your needs and explains her process, will answer questions on products used, and just gets you ready for what can be an awkward and painful experience for some. Not here ladies!!! I can tell you that her method of hair removal is considerate and, for me, virtually painless. Before going to Rosmery, I had gone to a few places and the wax was not great quality, the technicians pulled the hair in the wrong direction causing bumps and skin rash, and aloe seemed to be the only Form of relief. I left sticky and in pain. Not here though. Rosmery is very thorough, gentle, and clean---very clean. I don't leave sore, don't leave sticky and never get bumps or rashes. She uses quality products and she also knows how to make you feel comfortable and at home. Now let's move on be a use we still need to talk about the facials. If you are looking for someone who really knows how to analyze your skin and explain what is needed to get that glow. This is your lady. She has a variety of products and will walk you through what she is gonna g to use and why. She will get your face clean and glowing and also give you a regiment to keep your skin looking it's best on a go forward. The best part is that the pricing is very reasonable and totally worth it! “I hired Jackie to teach a makeup lesson to my partner. Her communication prior to the appointment was excellent as were her service offerings. Her studio was clean and inviting. We were able to bring our own makeup and she taught my partner an every day look, a more enhanced daily/nighttime look and a formal look. “I followed my wonderful Hairdresser here Brittney Hinners suite 103. I have been using Britney for at least 3 years & because I am severely immune compromised I needed a covid safe hairdresser who would wear a respirator. I found Brittney originally through a Facebook group when inquiring where to find a covid safe hair stylist & she answered. Britney's son is also immune compromised so she understands and has no problem wearing a K95 or N95. I was able to the first appt with Brittney which for immune compromised is best when there are less people in the bldg & she is very accommodating. Brittney does beautiful work with cut & color and she understands hair health. I have always been covering up my greys and my dark hair however when recovering from Long Covid I had severe breakage & hair loss and Brittney said we should wait to color it again because the hair was too weak. Prior to getting long covid we had done things like keratin treatments & relaxers to smooth out my frizzy curls. I was really excited when after many months of recovering we were finally able to color my hair again to cover the greys. Many hair dressers will take someone's money & just color it but Brittney is looking at the long game with the health of your hair and so you can keep it in the best shape possible. I am always very happy with the cut & style Brittney does & being able to color it again finally has given me confidence back after the damage Covid has done to my once beautiful hair. Brittney will suggest shampoos & conditioners to take home which I often have bought but she is never pushy about it. I have recently 2 covid conscious local aquaintances to her and I'm not yet sure if they have gone but I know having a hair dresser who understands hair health is very important. I would recommend wearing a Kn95 or Kn94 with ear loops because it is easier for Brittney or any hair dresser to cut & wash & condition & color your hair with the ear loops versus the respirators with the headstraps. I just double my K95s. I also bring in a mini hepa filter as well as a mini mobile far uvc light because I'm not sure what the ventilation system is in the bldg. There are several stations hairdressers & beauty professionals can rent from which is an interesting concept. I would just suggest to the owner of the building to look into the Grants from the EPA for clean air healthy bldgs & invest in upper room Far UVC light and have it on the the ceiling or wall of each station. Not all Far UVC requires an electrician to install but you do want it filtered & UL certified for safety. I would also recommend every station have a hepa filter as well in addition to Far UVC Light. The UV lights used in HVAC systems are good for mold & mildew but not airborne pathogens only Far UVC stops transmission. Having all 3 is ideal and many bldg owner aren't yet aware they can get grants through the EPA.“
