Paid attention to detail. Called me to confirm when they were on the way. Showed up on time. Evaluated the problem correctly. Offered me options. Did the work in an excellent fashion and completed it to my satisfaction. And, it was a messy job but they completely cleaned up and left the bathroom in great condition.
