My experience with representative Neil Levine was outstanding. He is professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Recommend highly. He made a difficult subject open and accessible. He also has a very warm personality.
This was one of the easiest, most pleasant experiences I've ever had! Mr. Neil Levine is friendly, down to earth, informative and professional. Every part of the process was explained carefully and any questions I had were answered fully. While I had expected to interview 3 other places, by the time Mr. Levine was finished and gave me the total price I saw no need to look elsewhere.I cannot recommend this company highly enough!
A little over 3 years ago, I lost my only brother. Due to covid, we needed to wait for his service, but when we did, Sinai Memorial Chapel's owner, Wanda, Michael, and Rabbi Frank, were all wonderful!! So after losing my mother on June 25th,I immediately got in touch with Sinai and both Michael and Rabbi Frank were so helpful, calming, and true genuine souls that they made it easy for me as to not overwhelm myself further.Again, the service was beautiful, Michael was in touch with me almost daily to check in and to help me choose a different urn and keepsakes, as well as the font used to engrave the urns.
