I have been Rosmery's client for 6 years and am so happy she's found this amazing location to expand her business. This review, however, is not about the location, it's about the experience. Rosmery is always there to great you and welcome you with her beautiful smile. She makes you feel very relaxed and is such a good human-yes, I said good human bc she is. She truly cares about your needs and explains her process, will answer questions on products used, and just gets you ready for what can be an awkward and painful experience for some. I had my first appointment with Rosemary today, and she was wonderful! The studio is quiet, clean, and very peaceful. She is so personable and puts you right at ease. She really displayed great expertise in making my waxing experience as painless as possible, and she is efficient and timely. I will definitely be returning for future services! This was my first experience with a Brazilian and underarm wax. I was nervous and anticipating the pain, but I have to say I was extremely pleased. Rosmery made me feel super comfortable, gave clear instructions and was always preparing you for each moment. We had a great conversation (both English and Spanish). It was very clean, organized and inviting.Waxing does hurt, but for a little moment after, and then it’s gone. Pain is temporary like 5 seconds. If you are scared to get this done, don’t be. I highly recommend Rosmery and I can’t wait for my next experience.
