Extremely friendly and very easy to work with. Our home owners insurance did an inspection, which required a few plumbing repairs; which I was less than happy about. I procrastinated until the very last minute to get quotes and schedule repairs. Fortunately for me; Petrillo not only submitted estimate very quickly but they were also extremely accommodating scheduling repairs before the insurance deadline. Working full time with kids out for the summer can make scheduling a tad stressful, I had a two hour window; however as luck would have it I needed to run out quickly; Gary was happy to keep me posted on tech’s arrival so that I was able to keep appointment. The tech, Johnny repaired everything on list; he was very professional, tidy and knowledgeable. Thanks Petrillo!
