“I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for the care I’ve received at this office. The space itself is beautiful, and the staff is both professional and friendly. The nurse practitioners here, under the supervision of Dr. Dudley, are extremely competent and attentive. Having lived in Florida for four years, I’ve heard horror stories from neighbors about their experiences with doctors and emergency rooms, which makes me even more thankful to be under the care of this office.
Phone calls are answered or returned promptly, and the patient portal is incredibly convenient. Our nurse practitioner, Dr. Huber, is phenomenal—I truly can’t express enough gratitude for her care. In my experience,
I have never encountered issues with the front office or insurance billing. The ladies are polite and friendly.
I’ve seen some of the negative reviews, and I understand that issues can arise, but I don’t believe any of these discrepancies are intentional. The staff here manages a high volume of patients daily and, like anyone, they can sometimes feel overwhelmed. I think it’s important to show them patience and understanding. A little kindness goes a long way.“
