Everything about Kilbourne is top notch. Emily who you encounter first is very caring and has always been very accommodating and arranging what was needed. Eric and Yellen always diagnose the problem correctly and quickly and then expertly fix the issue. So very respectful and personable. Ive been using a Kilbourne for about 20 years and found them to be very fair with their pricing and have never disappointed.

Had a regular service check and took advantage of their very reasonable rate compared to other contractors. Eric, the technician did a very thorough job. He even washed out the condenser which I've never seen done before! They were not only on time, they were early! Very pleased with the service and I look forward to having them as my on-going HVAC company.

The best air conditioner company you can use in Florida. They are honest. Give great prices. Each worker that has come here is very professional. Customer service is impeccable! I highly recommend this company! I just had another 6 months maintenance done. Everything is working fine. Eric is the worker for them. He's such a nice guy and great worker. Update, Joe just came and fixed a problem I had with my new house and he was fantastic. UPDATE!! Kellen figured it out and my air conditioner is finally working properly.
