I’m not sure why this location has such bad reviews. The front desk was very prompt and courteous. Javier was wonderful! I get massages very frequently and he’s probably one of the best therapist I’ve ever had.
My massage therapist was great however, my 60 min massage was only 40 mins. I was very disappointed in the time. I asked the girls at the front desk about the time, she said 50 mins was standard....50 mins I get that but 40?? Make sure if you go here let the therapist know exactly what you want messaged & don't want. All in all not a bad place....I would try it again.
All facets of my experience at Hand & Stone Massage & Facial Spa were excellent.Jenn at the front desk was cordial and helpful , on the phone as well as in.person.The licensed Massage Therapist , Aubre,was informative, highly responsive to my requests , and an outstanding practitioner.Aubre handled the hot stones superbly !I highly recommend this Spa and will be returning.
