To find one doctor in a practice that you trust and feel comfortable and confident in is a hit or miss situation but to find an entire practice of them is unheard of. That’s not true anymore because of Delray Dermatology. From even before entering the building, phone conversation ls with staff, I felt welcomed and valued. Not only are you greeted but you are met with a smile regardless of the number of patients (I used to work front desk at a very busy Urgent Care Center and I can attest to how difficult it is to always wear a smile). The medical assistants, what can I say? It is more like what can I not say? The medical assistants set the bar incredibly high. They are kind, sweet and friendly all the while being the consummate professional. They are understanding and patient and make you feel safe. All feelings of shame and/or embarrassment as whisked away. Regardless of which MA you get, you will be getting the best of the best. Dr. Lewis, Lorraine, Hilary and Shana, aka: the Dream Team, are in a league of their own. Excellence begets excellence and that’s what you have here. I have had the privilege of seeing all four and I can say without pause or hesitation, there is none better. I actually wish I could clone them with different specialties they are that spectacular. One thing to be aware of: if you have something bothering you or your brain is consumed with this or with that, it will be brought up. The specific issue may not be known but the overall gist will be. You won’t be made to talk or anything like that but it will be made known to you that you are cared about and someone is right there ready to listen. Mind reader or psychic, who knows? Dr. Lewis and her staff, from front desk to PA’s and everyone else along the way, are top notch. You could never go wrong by using Delray lDermatology. Do yourself a favor and make the switch.
