I love this studio! The instructors are super friendly and help you if you have never tried it before. It is definitely a work out and there are different level classes too so that as you get more comfortable you can try new and harder poses. It's really fun for any yogi or someone just wanting to try something new

It was the best experience. Sherri & linda were the best instructors. They both have so much knowledge and passion for this amazing workout. I recommend this studio to anyone that wants to improve their health
