It was refreshing to deal with a company that does what they say and says what they do. The entire experience was great. Clinton, through the sales process, was honesty, candid, patient and available for any and all questions. Ronald, one of their technicians, was very knowledgable and meticulous during the installation. No one ever seemed rushed or in a hurry, it's about getting it done right; the first time. Everyone was very professional and knowledgable. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for.

Cool Bear is simply amazing. Mark was fabulous - came over several times to make sure that everything was ordered correctly, and Anthony and Eduardo - the installation team were tremendous. From start to finish - and then they came back again this morning to make SURE everything was good. I cannot recommend this company and team enough.
