“Rob and his crew did a fantastic job remediating mold for us!

I had mold issues resulting from AC leak. Having never dealt with mold before, I vetted at least 5 contractors about mold remediation. Rob is the most honest, and down-to-earth contractor. He’s highly knowledgeable, professional and personable. He thoroughly inspected the damage and proposed a very clean/efficiently way to fix the mold inside the AC box. He patiently explained all steps with the remediation/rebuild process. Unlike some contractors, he didn’t try to oversell me unnecessary services. He really cares about taking care of my mold issues. After we agreed on a start date, he and his crew showed up punctually at my house. They set up dust barriers etc. for the mold remediation, and cleaned up debris nicely at the end of each day. When one dust barrier fell on a Saturday, I texted Rob, not knowing what to do. Rob came to my house within an hour to re-setup the dust barrier. I cannot thank him enough for that! Overall, Rob went above and beyond what I’d expect from a contractor. He and his crew are extremely reliable, honest, and awesome to work with!
