I had an incredible experience at Bella Reina from start to finish. Their attention to detail and exemplary customer service really stood out to me. The atmosphere was relaxing and the services were phenomenal. Candice gave me a luxurious body treatment and lavender stress relief pedicure and she was amazing. I will definitely be returning regularly to Bella Reina.
I recently received a birthday gift certificate for the Bella Reina Spa. Unfortunately due to being a new client and the timing of my vacation, I was not able to have an in spa experience. That said, they had a large selection of products to select from. I ordered online and had the product shipped to my home. I was surprised to see that the package actually arrived at my home before I did.
Unfortunately, the packaging was damaged. I immediately emailed the salon, they responded, I think, that evening. I sent a photo and they dropped a replacement package in the mail. I just received it. Can’t wait to try it. The reviews of the product are strong.

I've been so lucky to have experienced several types of services at Bella Reina - all excellent!
The facial treatments are phenomenal as are the massages, and especially the infra-red wrap (I get one right before a big event - it makes my dresses look so much better on me!!).
