I started going to Atha on Sundays for hot yoga because I’ve had multiple knee injuries from Muay Thai kickboxing and also started having shoulder and middle back pain. After going once a week for a month and half, my knee is feeling much better and I can actually run on it again. I was sprinting on the pavement last week. My back feels much better as does my shoulder. My body feels completely different. I am going to start going twice a week to increase my benefits. Atha is great, it’s more than a yoga studio, it’s really a spa and wellness center because of the garden. I know they have frequent events but I’m usually busy training Muay Thai.
