Their phlebotomists coming to the house of elderly hospice are not compassionate, patient or understanding. They are infact rude and arrogant! My mother experiences pain greatly when blood is drawn depending on the person doing it. When she explains this to the phlebotomists they send, they arrogantly and somewhat sarcastically tell her that it is all in her head and dismiss her concerns, rather than say" I understand, dont worry, I promise to be gentle and careful". Where do these people get their people skills (or rather lack of)from?
