Lisa is fantastic. She was recommended to me by my acupuncturist as part of my fertility journey. She is an incredible wealth of knowledge and provides an in depth holistic approach to women's issues. For me personally, I have benefitted a great deal from the combination of holistic and western medicine but I certainly feel most relaxed when I am with Lisa. She gives the absolute best massages and everything about being in her space is soothing. So glad I found her.

Lisa is an amazing practitioner who has years of experience and knowledge. With my first born she helped me have the natural birth I wanted. When my second pregnancy I had a rare complication that was extremely stressful and all sorts of issues including a month long stay in the hospital prior to birth. Lisa was there every step of the way asking questions and giving me feedback. On the days we didn't have answers she was there to just listen or hold positive space for our family. The birth went extremely well with absolutely zero issues despite all the worries. Lisa is great for every step of the way in your pregnancy journey but also for those female figures in your life that need a massage just to say thank you.

I am so glad I found Lisa and the red tent. I love the kundalini yoga class. Even on the days that I'm exhausted, after yoga I feel relaxed and energized. At 21 weeks, baby's movements haven't been too consistent yet, but in between exercises during the yoga class, I can feel my baby's movements the most, which has been pretty great to experience. Last week, when I started to suffer from back pain, Lisa got me in for a massage right away and it was a huge help. I'm looking forward to continuing with the red tent throughout my pregnancy.
