Today I went to aloha with an issue on my suit. The problem was a mistake from another local cleaner who didn't take the time to fix the concern. I spoke to Barbara and explained what had happened and she was so kind to help me get it fixed right away. People like Barbara and businesses like Aloha renew my faith in small local businesses and provide a sense of community. I just sincerely appreciate someone going out of their way to assist when they are able to. Aloha has earned my business. Thanks Aloha team!
Once you find a great dry cleaning the new stick with them! I’ve been to three or four in the Boca area and although they were good, nothing special, the customer service hear from Barbara really stood out.I dropped a couple dress shirts off in the late afternoon 2 days ago and they were supposed to be ready on Tuesday - - when I told my fiancé when they would be ready, he reminded me that he needs them this weekend! Two days from when I dropped them off!I called Barbara and she was so accommodating and said they would take care of it. WOW! Just when I thought my favorite pashmina had been ruined by gobs of grease from the TSA x-ray machine conveyor belt - Aloha saved the day. Not only did they get every bit of grease out, (my pashmina looks brand new!) - they also did a quick 24 hr. turnaround so I could take it with me on my trip. Mahalo, Aloha Cleaners - highly recommend + love the new location as well.
