AHF Healthcare Center - Delray Beach

Due to no insurance and needing to seen we decided to give this place a try. I have to say the office staff was helpful and friendly. The wait time wasn’t too long. In and out within an hour. The nurses and PA were very professional and thorough.

Just decided to stop filling my prescriptions…. Then when I call I get put on hold 4 times with an average wait of 17 mins…. Then you recall and again another hold call.No real way of getting in touch, and they just do what they want to do….. even went on the online chat was told I would get contacted …. Had a voice mail which I couldn’t understand…. So called back and guess what…. Put on hold…..I pay my insurance and I’m a client but feel like a second class undervalued person.So no contact, no understanding why , never a call back…. And just pure frustration.

My experience was very it's very to say the least pleasant even though I was in a doctor's office having having to deal with an appointment the staff and the doctors there have the best patient care whether you're in the waiting room or in the Examination room.
