It might’ve taken a little bit of time to get to this point, but I am happy to report that my cataract surgery was a raving success. From the time, I scheduled my appointment all the way through till I was released into the care of my driver. I was treated with the utmost respect. Everyone that I had to have contact with was very friendly and I felt like they really cared. There was one exceptional stand out, and his name was Steve. Steve was the person who had to insert the drops into my eyes just prior to surgery. I also had contact with Steve the day after my surgery and the other office. This place was perfect for all my needs in glasses. Going in I was nervous not having worn glasses before. The amazing lady named " BELLA " was so welcoming, knowledgeable and so helpful in choosing fun but practical glasses for my face. She made me feel so welcome and made my experience unforgettable. Thank you Bella for your professionalism and kindness.OK. I went to pick up my glasses today. Bella was ready for me and greeted me again with warm professionalism. All my glasses fit perfect. I am so very pleased with the service, quality and care I was given by Bella. Thank you for helping me see life more clearly Bella.

I bought a pair of cheap glasses and expensive lenses a year ago. I knew the frames weren’t guaranteed. The frames fell apart 11 months after I got them. The lady in the optical department (optician?) replaced the frames even though there was no guarantee. That is good service.
