I love this dealership! I bought my car here in 2021 and have been getting my car serviced here ever since. I had a great sales experience and the whole service team is amazing but the Service Advisor, Brandon Bollhorst goes above and beyond with incredible customer service during every visit. He is very quick, communicative with calls, and knowledgeable. I live an hour away and have another Starling dealership closer to me but make the commute to this location just because of how incredible everyone is. 10/10 Highly recommend this dealership for buying a car and bringing it back for all of its service needs!
Sorry for being so long, but this experience sucked. The first thing was advertising they had a car on the lot that I had been looking for only to find out it was "on a truck" heading their way. I was already there, so I figured I'd check out what they had. I found the perfect car, but I knew better than to lead on how much I wanted it. After spending over four hours going back and forth to get a reasonable payment for my car, which the starting price was INSANE, they finally asked if I would like something to drink after hour three went by. They were most wonderful I've tried for sports car. It was a beautiful SRX Cadillac SUV and I was very happy to drive it. The salesman was wonderful the service department was very attentive until I hit the 50,000 mile mark which they turn to a bunch of clowns.. Be careful they're not nice people. Remember they get paid to get as much money out of your pocket as a possibly can and that's what they do a very good job of which I watched repeatedly waiting for my oil change
