These guys are punctual and efficient. They fixed our pipe leak that was 2’ft in the ground under our slab. Highly impressed with how professional they are and cost effective as well.

Had an emergent situation where my toilet and shower were backing up. The last work day of the year, right between holidays. Called R J Carter and they were super busy, unsure if they could fit us in but walked me through the diagnostics and gave me some other recommendations. As I started to call some other companies they called me back and said they were able to work us in after all and a tech could be out in the next hour or two. We were SO thankful. Matt came right out, was professional and efficient. He got everything taken care of, even though it was not an easy clog. Very, very thankful and would highly recommend.
