We had a mystery electrical problem in the laundry area. Three other electric companies were willing to take thousands of dollars from us to do all sorts of electrical work but hardly any of it directly related to our issue. Rick came out, on time, to do an assessment which with the other companies would be a separate visit from the actual service visit. Rick thoroughly evaluated our system and with his knowledge and experience went ahead and resolved the problem on this same visit. We just had a gas generator installed, and we can't say enough about the installation and service from Freedom Electric. Rick was the lead electrician and service tech, and I believe he knows more about the Generac Generators than the people who built them. He was personable, kind, and helped us set everything up so that it's running perfectly. I highly recommend Rick and Freedom.
Rick was amazing at helping to ensure our new build had everything we needed, even took the extra time to explain our generator plug to us personally. Went above and beyond to provide us exceptional service truly!
