“My home was hit by lightning in August. It knocked out my air-conditioning, garage door opener, My sprinkler pump regulator, my washing machine, a TV, a DVD player, and other items.Little did I realize it had damaged my Norfolk pine. When I was getting an estimate to cut down the dying tree , it was mentioned that it appeared to be hit by lightning. Although over six months had passed I called Laneinsurance and spoke with Barney Lane. He asked me to take some pictures and send them to him. He then file the claim with travelers. Less than two hours later the adjustor called me saying that my claim would be paid. I am a senior lady and had I not had the support of Laneinsurance l would’ve be upset. I’ve never had a claim with them in the 20 years I’ve owned my home. I’m very pleased with the care I received. Thank you Barney Lane!“
