We took our doggy Kody in for a visit 3 weeks after we rushed him to ER, and was diagnosed with slipped disc in back and became paralyzed, the staff was so helpful and caring, explained everything to us, and answered all our questions and gave us hope, took time with us and at the same time explained what could be the worse outcome, thanks so much. It meant the world to us as this is the first time we have dealt with a situation like this.
Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Office is clean and organized. The whole staff know how much fur babies are part of the family and do everything to reassure the fur baby and pet parent during the visit.
I recommend them to all my friends and family.
Dr, Garcia and tech on our visit for treatment of our cat, Lucky, were very professionally thorough in their care of her, and we were kept informed of all the details concerning her ailment.
