My initial appointment included reflexology for my feet and an ionic foot bath. Rose is very skilled in assessments and a wide range of therapeutic interventions! I have returned for massages and MYK therapy to improve my posture & body alignment. I plan to continue monthly massages and interventions to promote my healthiest self. Mary Beth Sturgis I travel from Crestview Florida to Rose's wellness center in Defuniak Springs, Florida. The 60 mile round trip is worth it!
I brought my 14 yr old son to Rose after the doctors had diagnosed him with scoliosis. He is an athlete and was in pain. After coming to Rose, using the Myokinesthetic system, he hardly complains of having pain and is no longer walking with a limp. She also has made him aware of simple truths of how we should treat our bodies. Thank you, Rose ?
I haven't had a massage in 6 years so I was overdue to say the least. Rose was very professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable. I have had foot/heel pain for months now on my left side. Nothing would make it go away. But after an hour with her, it hasn't hurt all day. I will most definitely be back! I highly recommend her!
