How you handle things as a business when there is a problem is where a true review is VERY important. I called Yossi rather than a guy I used in Miami because he was close. I was locked out of my car in Boca. He was here in 15 minutes, His quote was very fair. We ran into a problem with the type of remote my car had previously and what Yossi was able to offer on the spot. The fact is Yossi made sure I was happy when we ran into a problem and did not just avoid me as many in SoFlo tend to do where there is a problem. Joseph was not just professional, he was friendly and fast. His pricing was very reasonable and he was very honest with what needed to be done and what my options were . My car was stuck because of a broken ignition cylinder and he was able to come to where I was within half of an hour and have my car fixed within the hour of when I called him.Would highly recommend.
