The telemarketer from this company that just called my business was absolutely RUDE!!! They handled themselves so horribly that I cannot believe they can actually keep their business going. This company first called my business telling me that they are looking for the owner of the company. That is always the first thing that lets me know that here is someone "cold calling" my office. Then I asked what this was in reference to and the person said he was "returning a phone call from the owner".
