This facility is very well run, organized, clean and customer service driven. I have worked for companies much like this in the past, therefore I am hard to impress, but they accomplished it. I was very impressed! Anna was so attentive to all of our needs and kept us in the loop about every detail. It was a very pleasant experience

Visiting with Theresa Moss at MSI flooring and surfaces was one of the more pleasant design exploration experiences I've probably ever had. She was extremely knowledgeable of her product and was able to quickly recommend items based on my design inspiration. Terrey was so efficient and helpful that it made the process move very swiftly. The amount of merchandise is quite extensive so her quick grasp was invaluable. Highly recommend Moss and her wonderfully, friendly demeanor. Couldn't have been happier.
