This is a long overdue review. During COVID, I was diagnosed with myasthenia gravis, an autoimmune disease. The neurologist said there was no cure, and the symptoms were treated with steroids. Not for me, a good friend recommended I go to see Emily, I did when I went the muscles of my face were droopy and I couldn't open my eyes, she did acupuncture, and I saw the difference, she gave me herbs, and muxa ( not sure of the spelling) my case was very serious and it took 18 months of weekly treatments, I am fine now. Time and money was well invested. There is no price for health. I am eternally grateful for her wisdom, knowledge, and for having found her. Emily was heaven sent in my life. They do all spa services including acupuncture here but I happened to try the herbal hair removal it's AMAZING really works and doesn't hurt your skin. I got it done on my face for peach fuzz and it gave me An overall smoother complexion and doesn't grow back as fast because of the herbs . I have the most sensitive of skin so that says a lot, definitely try it!
I stumbled up Everyday spa when I woke up on a Sunday in tremendous pain in my neck and shoulder and couldn't move my head. This is an ongoing years long battle and I typically have to subject myself to pain killers and intensely painful deep tissue massages that leave me bruised and super sore. I was desperate on a Sunday and Everyday spa was down the street, open and their site listed that they did deep tissue and cupping, I thought BINGO! Made the appointment and showed up, long story short, after describing what was going on she told me I didn't need massage, I needed acupuncture. Being as I've done it before and trust it, I thought whatever will fix me... Two. That is the number of needles it took for me to turn my head again. Two!!! She treated the rest of my body and all the while asking if I had a problem with this and that when she inserted needles in corresponding areas. She even treated my tennis elbow and constantly uncomfortable knee. Holy crap I have no words what that alone is worth! When I got in my car to leave the tears were overflowing from the amount of relief my body felt after weeks of pain. I share my story with everyone so people like me can find relief without all of the additional pain and B.S. cortisone shots!
