Great support from Sales representative and after we decided to work with Empire Today, we had a great experience when installing the new floor. Elias & his crew did a fantastic job in my house working everyday of the week from 9 to 6 even during the weekend. I never expected to have a new floor in just a week. Elias is very professional, detail oriented and gave great instructions to his crew. His experience, know how and politeness were a plus. Thank you!
We had a pleasant experience with Empire. Our sales representative helped us pick the right floor and color to create a flawless transition with our existing 10 year old floor. Project manager was very attentive and responsive to all our questions. Installers are pros; seamless and natural finish. I would recommend Empire 100%. No contractor was able to match their price nor their guarantee. Plus they have been in business since 1959.
