After a thyroid issue, I needed electrolysis badly!! I found Robin and I'm glad that I did. She makes you comfortable in, let's face it, what is not a fun process. She has a light touch and the process is never as bad as I anticipate. After several sessions, I have seen a big difference. You have to know going in that you will not be done in one session but it is definitely worth the effort.
