They did an excellent job with repair for my Toshiba. A deposit of $75 is required for repairs. I paid that on the 8th and the remainder on the 19th. They did process it until the 24th which caused an overdraft. When I talked to the lady on the phone she told me the guys forgot to process it. I talked to someone earlier and they said it the merchants fault I was upset because it caused an overdraft which I felt they should be accountable for. I was told I should be more responsible with banking. If you can't do anything fine but reprimanding a customer you inconvenienced because of your problems with your merchant is unprofessional.
