I have a contract for semiannual service, so every 6 months. This past Thursday was one such service. I received texts in advance of the date in case I needed to reschedule. Then specific texts the day of service and when Cody was on his way. I love that they provide a 2 hour window so my entire day is not required. He arrived on time. Always is professional, friendly and considerate. Never leaves a mess. As my unit is getting ‘up there’s he suggested an acid wash of my coils to increase efficiency. Oh my! Were they dirty.
