Can’t say enough great words about this company. That came within an hour to diagnose my wine cooler that stopped cooling. He had it working before he left but at night it stopped again. Seems like it’s a bad compressor and it would cost as much to replace than to fix. And get this..they are actually refunding me the cost of the previous days repair without me even having to ask (minus the $75 diagnostic fee). I appreciated the speedy service, the kind and knowledgeable tech (also the owner), and the integrity to refund me even though he was here for two hours the previous day working hard to fix my issue. I will absolutely use them again and would recommend to anyone.

Avi was great! They were very quick to respond, arrived at the scheduled time, and was able to diagnose and repair the issue very quickly. The overall cost was exactly what they quoted. Very happy with this experience. I’d highly recommend.

Great service and great walk through of all possible solutions to your problem with expected costs. Petr is fantastic and very knowledgable. Would highly recommend especially for LG appliances, where these are very hard to find without going through LG itself.
