Craig and his team are professional, hard working, and have integrity. Craig is very knowledgeable in his profession and was willing to listen to my opinion, be open to different solutions to problems, answer questions, and correct issues that arise during the work. I would give him my highest recommendation. Hiring American Insulation and Rodent Solutions was the best decision we made in our quest to rid our attic of rodents. We had been through many companies during this awful time and not one promised to get rid of these pesky rodents, they all trapped , but never got rid of the underlying problem, but Craig Stern did! He was always professional and did what he said he would do. We had already been through three companies and spent a lot of money until we found out about Craig. He found out where they were coming in and fixed the problem. We called American when we realized that we had rats in our attic. Craig responded immediately and was even able to come by to inspect the attic that same day. Craig told us exactly what the situation was and the steps necessary to remedy the problem. He presented us with his recommendations with honesty and directness without pressuring us to make an immediate decision. Whenever I would call with a question or concern, Craig would pick up the phone immediately to talk to me.
