These guys are excellent at what they do. Made sure to take this stackable apart, cleaned, fixed a wiring issue, balanced the unit, and cleaned up after themselves. Thank you Mike, for making sure this was done right. I will be calling when I set my personal dryer back up again.
I've used them for both chimney and dryer vent services and definitely will again. Purchased a home that clearly hadn't had these items maintained properly. Our dryer would take hours. The vent was completely plugged at the roof vent. Austin did a great job clearing it out, and since the dryer came with the house, we had him do the cleaning inside that as well. The results speak for themselves, cutting down drying time to 30-40 minutes saving me power and money, not to mention the fire risk. Next up was the chimney, which was booked several months out. Of course, another fire hazard waiting to happen once George got to take a look. We were missing an air intake vent, which he gave the option of replacing through him, or doing myself. He didn't have to, but explained everything I'd need to do if I wanted to save the money and do my own work. Normally, I prefer that when possible, but went ahead and saved the trip to the roof. He let me know about cracks in stucco on the backside of the chimney stack and did a thorough cleaning job, including patching up the base where it was wearing through and chipping apart. Get this necessary maintenance done, and have Young's do it.
I am so impressed with the quality of work! Austin did a great job and explained everything thoroughly. I’ve had my vent cleaned in the past, but the other company I used never mentioned anything about cleaning the dryer, too. I was able to see all the lint and it definitely needed to be cleaned.
