“I would recommend Truly Nolan and especially Nelson if you ever have a German Roach Problem that has gotten out of hand as in my case. I signed up with Aptive Pest Control right after my husbands death last year in April , I thought these people were heaven sent . NOT, after 7 month what was a moderate GR problem had gotten way out of hand. They had their own key to my house and as I called it the whole family including aunts and uncles and you name it was living here rent free. As embarrassing and disgusting as it sounds , these things came out of hiding every time I cooked and poked their heads around the stove to see “What’s cooking” , mind you I had Aptive here weekly to treat, and I started to wonder if they put down fertilizer for them instead of killing them. I decided to switch to Truly Nolan and was blessed to have Nelson as my tech. He explained every detail during the process and gave me helpful hints to guide me through the nightmare. He came every 10 days like clockwork , I did not have to chase him down as I did Aptive Pest Control. He called frequently in the beginning to check how things were going. He was very professional and paid attention to every detail pulling out my stove and my refrigerator every time he came and if Ever I have another problem I have to honestly say I would prefer to only have him take care of it. I had many techs with Aptive in the 7 month but only one time a tech pulled out the stove. Normally I would not mention another company but I had such a bad experience I feel like I must make others aware of the major difference I noticed. I cannot speak for other companies ,because before than my husband took care of our Pestcontrol. Thank you Nelson !!!“

“Just wanted to provide feedback on Paul Seal from Massey. As you probably know, Massey treats the outside of your home and only inside if/when necessary. As such, and combined with our schedules etc, we had not actually met Paul in person ( just thru security cameras). We recently requested a consultation as we had some bugs inside (probably introduced via cartons bought into house). Paul called a day in advance to confirm, and he arrived on the agreed day about 15 minutes into the 3 hr window we had been given. We found him knowledgeable in discussions, provided alternatives and left us with a tube of bait to deploy as necessary.All in all, a pleasant experience. As one who does not write posts often, I thought it was due this time for his courteous, friendly and professional assistance in this matter“
