I am vertically challenged and was going on a cruise in 3 days, I had just gotten the maxi dresses I ordered online and they were definitely made for the vertically adequate. I was flying out in 2 days and needed them hemmed. Franks was a bit expensive but their work was stellar!! He got 3 dresses hemmed just in time for my trip and they fit perfectly!

New for Me I just met Frank & Patty. They were welcoming and very friendly. I just dropped off my first item that I needed for a certain time. They were accomodating and I will have my dress back when I need it. The price was fair and what I have paid before. I don't like calls either. Sometimes you get so many B2B and telemarketing calls these days you could be a bit hot about it. Chalk it up to a bad day and if your so interested in helping businesses, then you should have kept that nasty review to yourself.
