He was also respectful as the client had a newborn in the house. When a client's AC unit stopped working, Greg promptly added their call to the schedule for the next day, and Travis arrived on time, quickly assessed the issue, and got the AC up and running again, even going out of his way to replace and secure some worn wires.
Funny enough, I’m currently renting a condo, and they were doing work on my downstairs neighbor’s AC last week. Some of the wiring they needed to fix went through my unit.Since I work from home, I was around while they were doing the job, and I have to say, every employee I interacted with was incredibly kind, respectful, and professional. They worked seamlessly as a team, and even after the job was done, someone followed up to make sure everything in my unit was left in perfect condition which it was. John was our A/C tech and did an outstanding job replacing our A/C unit and air handler. Great work ethic, positive attitude, worked quickly and carefully and took extra care to clean up afterwards. He even made my dog, who is skittish with new people, feel comfortable. Thank you, John, and the whole team at DBK for doing a great job!
These guys go the extra mile. I've been dealing with contractors my whole life. Little projects, big projects... and I will say hands down these guys are ridiculously good. And they even swept the floor before they left. I thought I was getting punked lol.
I would give you 6 stars if I could.
